By understanding and appreciating the intricate network between people and structures, Laura has built a reputation for seeing what others may miss. ​​

For more than a decade, Laura has led large-scale institutional transformations, and helped teams and leaders implement practical solutions to solve complex problems. She meets every challenge with intellectual curiosity, fresh perspectives, and thoughtful execution.
Laura holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration, as well as certificates in Executive Coaching, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and Data Analytics.
